Birth Doula Services

Birth doula services include...

3 prenatal meetings to discuss fears, birth preferences, and techniques to support your goals.

Continuous in-person labor and delivery support, assisting you and your partner with comfort measures and any unexpected changes.

1-2 hours of immediate postpartum support to help with baby’s adjustment and breastfeeding initiation.

1 postpartum visit (2 hours) to process your birth experience, answer questions, and provide light household help tailored to your needs.

Ongoing text support throughout pregnancy and postpartum for reassurance and guidance.

Postpartum Doula Services

Postpartum doula services include...

1 prenatal meeting to get to know your family and the support you are looking for and also ensure you are properly set up for the postpartum period

20 Hours of Daytime Postpartum Support - This is broken into 5 4-hour sessions.

Ongoing text support from the time of booking through the completion of the package for reassurance and guidance.
Package Customization is available on a case by case basis.
