Movement = more pressure on the cervix
More pressure = more dilation
More dilation = closer to meeting your baby

Stair walks, squats, lunges, peanut balls, hip circles on a birth ball—ALL of it encourages progress.
Plus, it helps baby rotate and descend, which means less pain and more effective contractions.

Labor is a physiological process. You can’t rush it—but you CAN support it.

So yes, walk the halls. Do that lunge.
And when they ask what you’re doing, just say:
“I’m making room for my baby.” 💥
